Hi BBall & Hilbert,
kidpoker's explanation was right on and you both have your 500 points back now.
Sorry again for all of the recent problems. Let me know if you need anything else.
Matt

Thanks.. I definetly have the faith in Pokersavvy, maybe my last post had the wrong tone. It wasn't meant to be negative, just needing an answer.
I will continue to use Pokersavvy and I am still trying to earn my points in other poker rooms.....

hilbert, just wanted to let you know that I contacted Poker Rewards today, and expect them to give us an update shortly, at which time your points will be back in your account. Your 500 SavvyPoints for your wagering refund and 100 you earn for creating your account through The Offshore Edge are back in your account, though.

Hey everyone, I just wanted to let you know that if you recently received an email from PokerSavvy stating that one of your poker room table names does not exist at a particular poker room, it is because we lost your table name for that site last week due to the data loss issue.
We recommend that all users log into their MyPokerSavvy account and update their table names, especially so if you received this email, otherwise we will not be able to match your poker site accounts to your PokerSavvy account, and will not be able to credit your points when you do complete a bonus with incorrect table name information.
If you go into your account and notice that one of your table names is the same as your PokerSavvy username with 2 or 3 random numbers attached to the end of it, this indicates that we lost your table name, and we replaced it with a permutation of your username, so there is nothing to worry about as far as your account security is concerned (some folks are assuming their account has been hacked, which is a reasonable suspicion.) Just make sure you log in and update your table names if you want to be sure to receive all of your pending bonuses. Thanks!

hilbert, we received a report from Mansion today, and they did not confirm that you have met the poker requirements at this point. Granted, the report we receive is usually generated about 48 hours before we receive it, so I would think that any poker you played this weekend would not show up on this report, but the next report we receive on Wednesday. Just wanted to mention that in case you have been playing a bunch very recently.

izoomzoom, I'm looking into it, I sent you a pager message, I need to confirm which PokerSavvy account is yours. =)
Okay, I am assuming you are 'izoomzoom' at PokerSavvy. I replaced your missing 100 free SavvyPoints for joining via the Offshore Edge, however you were not confirmed as having completed your Mansion bonus on the report we received this morning. As I just told hilbert, our report is usually 48 hours behind when we get it, so if you played a bunch over the weekend expecting it to clear today, then most likely your recent playing is not reflected on our latest update, and in that case your bonus should clear on Wednesday.
If this is not the case, then you still have some playing to do to clear the bonus. I wish I could tell you how much more you need to play, but Mansion does not provide a way to check how far along a player is.

I know you have beeen playing a lot hilbert, and I also know carrietime12 has been also. I have been helping you both. I know she has played close to 10 hours two tables at a time at .25/.50 NL SO that would add up to 20 hours at one table and the mansion report shows she hasnt cleared either. And I have a hard time believing that she hasnt got 10.00 in rake in that time. I would think 30 or more. And I personally saw her take down two pots of over 80.00. So that alone is close to 4.00 in rake. Mike, I think you might want to get on masion or check things out because these seems odd to me.

thanks man, And thanks for taking all the time you have to get things done. I hope my message about didnt sound negative. I just wanted people to know that if they have played a lot and it hasnt shown they have on the report, there might be something with mansion. I dont want people to lose faith or get to worried with pokersavvy, because the program and extra money is well worth it. Some things are just out of poker savvy's control and i understand that and you do every thing you can. We appreciate it.
