Championship game plays thread and Go Packers thread
What a season for Green Bay, for me as a life long fan it has been one hell of ride. There hasn't been a feeling like this since the 96 and 97 seasons. Basically, Green Bay is going to the Super Bowl, to lose to the Patroits. I have been looking into going to the big game myself, but with packages starting at $5K for crap seats, I can't afford it. Also, I was offered to buy some seats for todays game at Lambeau, but for $500 each, I would rather sit in my living room at 70 degrees, watch on the big screen in HD, and pig out on pizza, ribs and cold Miller Lite! I can't imagine sitting outside from 11 am for tailgating, until around 9:30-10 for the throphy presentation, in 0 degree temps with a wind chill.
Green Bay -7 5*
GB/NY Under 41 1*
New England -14 2*
NE/SD Under 48 1*
GL Edgers! Enjoy these great games. And GL to the Packers!
Go Pack Go! Go Pack Go!

Thanks Penn, tough tough loss to handle though. It was a great game though, best of the playoffs so far
Suicide rate for the state of Wisconsin will be at an all time high for the year today and tomorrow, that is for sure. That is no joke and the sad truth for how serious some fans take this team.
For me though all is well, my wife should giving birth this week to our 2nd child, I'll keep everyone posted.

Congrats to Eli.
Now, maybe about 7 less people will rip on him because you know if he doesn't win in 2 weeks, he is a choker too. Of course, has there been more of a beat down on quarterback by the media all year. Funny becuse if he had his exact same numbers yet was a homeboy, the media would talkl about "what a winner he is" and hw just "gets the job done" and his "truly amazing performance" and there would be some whispers of MVP.

There is nothing I can say that will make you understand certain things.
But when I think of great receivers, the first couple of names that come to my mind are Amani Toomer and Plaxico Burress.
If Eli was black, you and the rest of the country would be all over his nuts

LOL. Not sure what certain things I need to understand from you but I didnt say great receivers, I said good. I should clarify that they also played out of their head. If you ever seen the NYG run the 2 minute drill you will see how shitty they play. They walk up to the line and have no sense of urgency and wonder why time ran out. lol. pitiful. They are just playing out of thier realm anyways right now.
Also I could care less if Eli was black except that his name would fit him better. "ELI". I wouldnt be all over his nuts. See I never have said one word to you about you and the hard-on you have with black qbs. Think what you want it doesnt matter to me, I have better things to do in my life than get all excited about the black qb. Like, my wife, my son, work, etc. You cant control what others do so no need to worry or get all over someone about it.
Peace.
By the way, ESPNClassic is showing a show called :
"Third and a Mile: The history of the black quarterback"
Air time showings are 1/31 at 1pm est.
And at 2/2 at the same time.
Just thought you might like to know.
Peace.

Oh and just for the record, Im rooting for your ELI and his Giants in the SuperBowl and probably be betting on them. Not a bet on the Giants but a bet against NE.
